 Over a decade ago, I was living in Dallas,Texas. While vacationing in Colorado I decided Denver would be my new home. In 2001, I moved to the beautiful Park Hill neighborhood. I was drawn to the mature trees and and history of the established neighborhood. I kept a close eye on the blossoming community of Stapleton. I decided that 2003 was the year to make Stapleton my home. Since then, I have become very active member of the community and enjoyed the lifestyle that Stapleton so uniquely provides. My children attend Westerly Creek Elementary School and love playing at Central Park. You can find us there most weekends. I look forward to many more wonderful years here and to see how the neighborhood evolves.
I decided real estate would be my career of choice when I made the move from Texas. As a member of the Denver Board of Realtors since 2000, I have been able to learn about and see so many beautiful neighborhoods in metro Denver and create long-lasting relationships with my clients.
The network of service providers I have developed through the years are tops in their respective fields including HVAC, Plumbing, Flooring, Inspectors, Contractors, Title Companies, Mortgage brokers, to name a few. I enjoy being able to refer the best to my clients.
I pride myself on my extensive knowledge of the Northeast Denver market, professionalism, negotiating skills, ability to overcome obstacles, and having a good time while doing my job, not to mention my exceptional skill at driving clients around in a golf cart.

Thomas (Tom) Cummings
Tom Cummings, the owner of TJC Management Services/TJC Real Estate, has been actively involved in the Real Estate market since 1993, when he bought his first property, a condo in Chicago. Tom started managing rental properties for himself in 1997, when he rented out his condo after the marrying his wife, Kari, who also owned a condo in Chicago. Together, Tom & Kari parlayed their two Chicago condo’s into the current 12 they own at least a part share of now. Along the way they’ve bought & sold 8 other properties, not including the 12 current ones.
In 2002, they became one of the Stapleton’s first residents, and realizing the potential of the neighborhood; they sold their existing rental properties & “rolled” them into 4 Stapleton rental homes. They currently own 5 properties by themselves in Stapleton.
Realizing there was a market for a property management company in Stapleton; Tom created TJC Management Services in 2004 and started marketing it to property owners in the neighborhood. Using his professionalism, strong ethics, friendly persona &incredible work ethic, Tom built TJC Management Services into the leading property management company in Stapleton, with 116 properties under management.
Now, with over 16 years as a real estate investor & over 10 years as a property manager, Tom is an expert in not only the day to day management of rental properties, but also the big picture of being a landlord.
Starting in 2009, Tom began gearing up TJC Real Estate, with which Tom will use his extensive Real Estate and Stapleton knowledge in actively helping property owners sell their homes and folks who are looking to buy a home in the Denver area. TJC Real Estate will focus on Stapleton and the east Denver neighborhoods.

Gregory A. Pond Gregory A. Pond serves as Associate Broker for TJC Real Estate and Management Services. Greg graduated from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio earning his Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems. For more than 6 years, Greg has been a leader in the real estate industry, developing a reputation as a knowledgeable business professional helping homebuyers, sellers, and investors make informed real estate decisions.
Prior to joining TJC Real Estate and Management Services, Greg founded and led a real estate brokerage and investment company in Boston, Massachusetts. Greg also represented many homebuyers in their quest for home ownership, as well as sellers to achieve the best price and terms for their home.
